This policy explains how Danielle’s Dog Grooming (“we”, “I”) collects and uses your personal information when you use this website or get in touch. I take your privacy seriously and only collect what I need to answer your enquiry and look after your dog.

What I collect

When you send an enquiry through the contact form, I collect your name, email address, phone number, details about your dog, and anything you tell me in your message. If you book a teeth-cleaning appointment online, I also collect your chosen date and time.

How I use it

I use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and provide grooming or teeth-cleaning appointments, and keep in touch about your dog’s visits. I do not use your details for marketing unless you have asked me to, and I never sell your information to anyone.

Legal basis

I process your information because it is necessary to respond to your enquiry and provide the service you have asked for (contract and legitimate interests under UK GDPR).

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry and client details for as long as you remain a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return, then delete them.

Who I share it with

Your information is stored on this website’s hosting and in the tools I use to run the business (for example the contact form and online booking). These providers only process your data on my instructions. I do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies to help it work properly and, where enabled, to understand how the site is used so I can improve it. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. To do any of these, email me at danielle@doggroomingeccleston.co.uk and I will respond within one month.
